Do I need a patch test before colouring?

Yes. Your safety is our priority. New clients, or anyone who has not had colour with us in the last six months, must pop in for a quick 48-hour patch test before their appointment. This is non-negotiable for your protection.

Will my appointment run on time?

We pride ourselves on punctuality and schedule ample time for every client so you are never rushed. If we are running slightly behind, we will always let you know immediately.

Do you cater for all hair types?

Absolutely. Lumière is a fully inclusive unisex salon. Our stylists are experienced with all hair types, textures, and lengths — from fine and straight to naturally curly and afro-textured hair. Everyone is welcome here.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can do this through the booking system, by WhatsApp, or by calling the salon directly. We appreciate as much notice as possible.
