Do you charge a call-out fee?
During standard working hours, we do not charge a call-out fee. We provide a clear, upfront quote before any work begins. Out-of-hours emergency rates apply and are always communicated clearly before we attend.
Are your engineers fully certified?
Yes. Every engineer we deploy is Gas Safe registered and carries comprehensive public liability insurance up to £5,000,000. You can verify any engineer’s Gas Safe credentials on the official register before they arrive.
Can I book an exact arrival time?
Absolutely. Unlike traditional firms that give a vague “morning or afternoon” window, our smart scheduling system lets you select a dedicated 90-minute arrival window. You also receive a text when the engineer is on their way.
Do you provide landlord gas safety certificates?
Yes. We issue digital CP12 Gas Safety Certificates on-site, instantly emailing copies to both the landlord and the managing agent. We also send automated annual renewal reminders so you are never caught out.
